See Brazosport Cares at the Hispanic Heritage Festival!

Brazosport Cares will have a table at the Hispanic Heritage Festival on Saturday, September 28, 2019, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. We will be located in the cafeteria in Clute Intermediate School at 421 E. Main Street, Clute, TX 77531.

Stop by and sample a prepared recipe that is healthy and delicious. Our recipe that we will share has been featured in one of our recent classes that we offer to the public! We will also have information on how to get involved with Brazosport Cares and the programs we offer.
